Idle Clans Leveling Guide

The fastest way to level each Idle Clans skill is to run the highest-XP task you have unlocked and switch the moment a faster one opens. This page does that lookup for every level: each skill in 10-level bands up to level 120, the fastest task in each band, its XP per hour, what it makes, and the exact level where the best choice changes.

What these rates assume

Rates are XP per hour at base speed, from each task's official action time and XP reward: no tools, potions, clan upgrades, pets or events. A task counts as available once your level meets its published requirement, and crafting inputs are assumed to be in your bank. Gold per hour is the gross market value of the output at the lowest sell offer; profit per hour, where shown, subtracts the inputs bought at their lowest sell offer and the 1% market tax, the same figures as each skill calculator. The game does not publish the XP needed per level, so the ladder says which task is fastest, not how long a band takes; the XP calculator turns your XP into hours.

You start on Piranha at 7,714 XP/hr and finish on Bloodmoon Eel (level 100) at 24,400 XP/hr, 3.2 times the starting rate. The other 1 task is never the fastest choice at any level, though it may be worth doing for the output.

What is the fastest way to level Crafting in Idle Clans?

Do the fastest Crafting task you have unlocked. By base XP per hour that is 7 tasks in turn: Leather Coat at level 1, Orange Leather Coat at level 20, Green Leather Coat at level 40, Red Leather Coat at level 60, Black Leather Coat at level 80, Basilisk Scale Trousers at level 85, Otherworldly Leather Trousers at level 110.
