Best Monster to Farm Gold in Idle Clans
Every regular Idle Clans monster ranked by what one loot roll is worth at current market prices. Right now Phoenix (Exterminating, 350 health) leads at about 23,826 gold per roll. Health and level requirements sit next to each value so you can weigh effort against reward. This ranks value per roll, not per hour: the game data has no kill times, and your kill speed depends on your gear.
How this ranking works
Value per roll adds up, for every row of a monster's official loot table, the row's drop share (its weight over the table's total weight) times the average amount times the unit price: the market's daily average where the item trades, otherwise its base value. The data does not say how many loot rolls a kill gives. "Common drops" repeats the sum over rows that make up at least 1% of the table, because one rare item priced in the millions can dominate the average while almost never dropping. Market prices move, so the order changes with them.

Bosses are not regular monsters: each fight needs its key item, so their loot value is not comparable kill for kill. Shown for reference; full loot tables are on each boss page.

Frequently asked questions
Which monster drops the most gold value in Idle Clans?
By expected loot value per roll at current market prices, Phoenix (Exterminating) is highest at about 23,826 gold. Kill speed depends on your gear and is not in the data.
What is the best monster for steady gold in Idle Clans?
Counting only drops that make up at least 1% of a loot table, the top three are Phoenix (21,986 gold per roll), Mammoth (2,522 gold per roll), Naga (2,403 gold per roll). Rare drops are left out of this figure because a single one can be worth more than thousands of kills of common loot.
Why is this per loot roll and not gold per hour?
The official game data gives each monster's health, attack speed and loot weights, but no kill time, because that depends on your gear, levels and boosts. Divide the value per roll by your own kill time to compare per hour; the combat calculator turns your in-game max hit into a time to kill.
