Upgrading
Each dagger upgrades with Weapon Upgrade Stones. Stones per upgrade, by quality: Standard 1, Refined 1, Premium 2, Epic 3. The Max tier column is the upgrade cap for each piece. The official wiki notes that upgrades take longer as the tier rises.
