Idle Clans Enchanting Guide
Everything the official Idle Clans game data says about Enchanting: the 3 enchanting tasks and their Enchanting and Magic level requirements, the 60 skill scrolls in 3 tiers with current market prices, the 30 rings, amulets, bracelets and earrings that have an enchanted version, and the Enchanting quests that hand out scrolls.
What the game data does not cover
The three enchanting tasks list no inputs, no output item (the output id is -1) and no base time (0). So this page cannot show what an enchantment consumes, a cost per enchant, or XP per hour; it shows XP per completed task. Enchanted jewelry is flagged as not tradeable, so it has no market price and profit per enchant cannot be computed from prices. Each enchanted piece carries an "enchantment boost" number (1.5, 3, 5 in this build); its official tooltip reads "Enchantment strength: {0}%", and the data does not say what fills that blank or what the strength applies to. Skill and tier names below are read from the scroll item names, and a code is named only when every scroll with that code agrees.
Enchanting tasks and level requirements
| Task | Enchanting level | Magic level | Scroll tier | XP per task | Pet task time | Pet XP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common Enchantment | 1 | 20 | Commoncode 1 | 5,000 | 30 s | 30 |
| Rare Enchantment | 40 | 50 | Rarecode 2 | 15,000 | 30 s | 90 |
| Exceptional Enchantment | 80 | 80 | Exceptionalcode 3 | 75,000 | 30 s | 180 |
"Pet task time" and "Pet XP" are the tasks' CustomPetTimeMs and CustomPetExpReward fields. 3 of 3 tasks can come up in a skilling party event. Base time in the data: 0, 0, 0 ms, so XP per hour is not computed. Track progress with the XP calculator.
Jewelry you can enchant
Each piece's enchantable scroll tier is the data's UsableEnchantmentScroll code, the same code the matching enchanting task and scrolls carry. "Worn" counts the 487 tracked top player profiles Updated ; full stats are on the jewelry page.

combat_scroll_description (Rigour, Strength, Archery, Magic); defence_scroll_description (Defence); exterminating_scroll_description (Exterminating); skill_scroll_description (Crafting, Woodcutting, Carpentry, Fishing, Cooking, Mining, Smithing, Foraging, Farming, Agility, Plundering, Brewing, Invocation); skill_scroll_exp_boost_description (Enchanting).
The data has no English text for these keys, so this page does not describe what each scroll does.
Enchanting quests
Each quest is completed by doing the named enchanting task. "Scroll value per reward roll" is the average market value of one roll of the quest's reward table (share × average amount × market price), shown only when every reward has a market price.
