Idle Clans Housing: Player Homes and Clan Guild Houses
Two kinds of housing are in the Idle Clans game data: your own home, bought as a 5-tier upgrade from Cardboard Box to House, and the clan guild house, which a clan builds with clan credits, gold and materials. Material costs below are priced at the player market's daily average.
What this data does and does not tell you
The data lists costs, skill requirements and, for guild houses, two numbers: a global skilling boost and an inventory space value. It does not say what the player house tiers do for you, and it does not state the unit of the guild house numbers, so they are shown exactly as listed. Skill names are matched to the game's skill numbers from the task data.

Clan guild houses
Each guild house tier costs clan credits, gold and two materials, and lists skill levels. "Material value" prices the materials at the market's daily average; "Total" adds the gold.

Clan vault space
The official settings give the clan vault a base space of 8, and a clan holds up to 20 members. Guild houses list inventory space values from 4 to 30; the data does not say whether they add to the base.
