v0.83.5: missing Google Play purchases now delivered on startup

Fixes Google Play purchases that never arrived. The game checks for missed purchases on launch and delivers them.

If you bought something on Android and it never showed up, this is the fix. The game now checks for missed Google Play purchases when it starts and delivers them, so you might see a "Payment successful" message for an older purchase. The note is clear that you haven't been charged twice.

If a purchase still hasn't arrived, or Google Play says you already own the item, the official advice is to fully close and reopen the game, and open a support ticket if the problem continues.
